[BEGIN ANNOUNCEMENT]
Okay so-
Did you feel like you lost... give or take ten seconds a few days ago? If so, well, you're not going insane.
I was performing routine maintenance on the timeline and I swear that everything was going fine.
It's nothing I haven't done 100 times before. The issue is, performing maintenance while the
timeline is active is risky. Insanely risky. And my luck wasn't where it needed to be... apparently.
All of a sudden every alarm was blaring. Everyone was on the phone trying to get me to tell them what
was going on and all I was trying to do was figure that out. The usual things your species expects
from time itself stopping did happen. Apocalypses, nuclear bomb detonations, world wars, etc.
But time isn't only important to the human race. It controls a lot more in the universe than you'd
imagine. That applies to the multiverse too but since decoupling our timeline from the master
timeline, events like this affecting the master TL have shortened by a lot. Even without that
though a lot was still at stake.
I rushed to fix it. I really did. Interdimensional wars were breaking out, whole planets blew up.
It was terrifying. The idea that in one shot everything I've done for my entire life could come
crashing down that fast. I mean - I got everything back online eventually, but the damage was done.
It took 4 hours to just get the timeline back up and another hour before my backups could be
loaded into the system. A lot happened in that timeframe. A lot. Everything should be fixed now
though. Minus the ten seconds that are permanently lost but I felt like that was as best of a
compromise as I could achieve. Some of the backup did glitch out and the only option I had was to
delete it and hope the rest can work without it.
If there's anything you'd like to address, please try your best to contact me. I can't hear a word
anyone is saying on any planet but it's worth a shot anyways. And again, Everything should be
completely operational again.
