Who are The Council of Interdimensional Affairs?

The Council of Interdimensional Affairs, from hereon known as just 'The Council', are the check to my mate. I honestly don't know of a better way to describe that. English isn't even in my top 15 languages so, I mean...

The Council is an entity I created of my own volition. When it became my universe to take care of, (read more in this article here) , I knew it'd be irresponsible of me to do anything without some kind of check in place to reel me in from time to time. I also just. . did not want to do the job. I won't lie about that because I didn't ask to be in this position. But I take it really fucking seriously now and have since day one, give or a take a few hours of shock. It's obvious to see how many lives are at stake every time I do anything. Make sure to factor in non-human lifeforms in the calculation because you all are not even close to the only lifeforms in the universe. A little bit before what you call 'the big bang', I sat down and wrote up plans for what became The Council. A group of individuals who remain completely impartial to the ins and outs of the universe they're deciding upon. They never see what's going on unless a meeting is called, in which reviewing a serious decision or problem to a species requires live viewing of anything. Could be statistics, deaths, the system, anything really. That is the only time The Council gets any update on Earth, Mars, Qualant 7, or any other planets. Same goes for viewing species like the Human Race.

The Council for instance has the power to overrule any decision I make if necessary. Some might call me insane for putting that in place. I don't see it that way. They'd know better than me in some cases. They have already done better than the action I wanted to take in a few cases recently. It can be hard to try and see logically when you're knee deep in the bottom of everything. Literally.

There is really only one downside to them. They're technically all forks of the original me. Clones? I'm not sure what the better word to use would be but. A part of what keeps them unbiased is it was the me BEFORE the big bang. Before the creation of life on multiple planets and solar systems. One that would only be able to think effectively like a robot in cases where emotions could be a big factor. Human beings especially don't stray from emotional-driven issues. It's not really an issue because that was like 8 million years ago. A lot can change in 8 million years.

Where are they located?

The Council are located outside of the universe, time and space, and any other points where a biological scanner could reach. At the time, it was the only point that existed. It's where I live. It ended up working out though because it keeps them impartial as even if they got the urge to try and learn more about anything, they can't find anything. The building they live in has kept expanding which is cool. They've made a whole network of things to do when there's nothing happening. But when I have to go to them about a case or issue or whatever, they focus in like it's the only thing in the universe that matters. (I mean, it is. But still.)

The building is able to move closer to the start of the universe for the sake of tapping into your's and other species' biological signals. There is only one key to start the engines and it's always on my person. And I imagine you're wondering the same thing I've been wondering for the past few million years, haven't I just trapped them at this point? Yeah. I wonder the same thing. They were created for a reason and being impartial to everything is their purpose. Ugh. I don't know. I really don't know . . it's not important right now.
